I found out why those monsters are twice as strong... Turns out, some monsters are sapping energy straight from
Ulu City's power reserves and channeling them to other monsters, doubling their strength!
Time to put an end to that. It'd be strategically wise to take out the monsters transferring the energy first. Once they're gone, the other monsters will be too weak to be much of a threat.
